Cancellation Policy

A 14-day cancellation notice is required to receive a refund of deposit less $30 administration fee. If cancellation is notified in less than 14 days a reasonable effort will be made to relet the site/accomodation, and if able to do so, then any sum paid will be refunded less the administration fee. If the site/ accomodation is unable to be relet, then all or part of any sum paid will be forfeited as liquidated damages at the discretion of management.
